Heart Heroes in the spotlight at the BW Open

Heart Heroes was at the BW Open, ATP Challenger, in Ottignies-Louvain-La-Neuve on Friday 26 January.

What’s important to us is the expansion of our initiative across several municipalities, aimed at training as many sports clubs as possible in the use of defibrillators to prevent tragedies linked to cardiovascular accidents. It was with this awareness-raising and training in mind that we presented the project to the aldermen and burgomasters present on Friday lunchtime, to encourage them to promote the action within their respective communities.

Those present were very receptive and expressed their willingness to actively support the project by promoting it within their respective clubs.

If you have any contacts with sports club leaders, or if you belong to one, please do not hesitate to share this crucial initiative. Together, let’s train our communities to act swiftly in the event of a cardiovascular emergency. Heart Heroes is counting on your involvement to extend this vital mission.
